Our gold medal Supernovas team is looking for new recruits! This world champion team competes in the CheerAbilities division and in the Special Olympics state games. It is open to athletes with developmental, physical, and intellectual disabilities.
No experience is necessary, but any tumbling skills (forward rolls, cartwheels) are a plus! Please complete the following interest form, and we will provide you with additional information -

Here’s a bit more about Supernovas:
Two practices a week (Saturday mornings and Monday night tumbling)
4-6 All Star competitions, representing Cheer Extreme DMV, between December and April.
Special Olympics Maryland (SOMD) State Games competition in June at Towson University
Commitment to show up! Athletes are expected to attend all practices AND competitions.
Estimated $250 financial commitment for the season (not including any travel if applicable) -- This includes Cheer Extreme DMV Allstars registration, tumbling coach, uniform--plus any out-of-town competition entrance fees.
